Featured post terms and refunds

These terms cover paid featured posts on MeatWork.ie. Posting a job is free and does not need a payment. Last updated 1 November 2026.

Who you are dealing with

MeatWork.ie is run by Fat Frog Ventures Ltd. For anything about a payment or a refund, email info@meatwork.ie.

What a featured post includes

  • One job post featured for 30 days for €49
  • The job is pinned above other jobs on the homepage and on its county and role pages
  • It is marked "Featured" and highlighted in the list
  • Featuring puts the job in front of more people. It does not guarantee a number of views or applicants.

When it starts and ends

You can feature a job once it is live on the site. We switch featuring on within one working day of your payment, and the 30 days count from that point. Your employer dashboard shows the date it ends. If the job closes or is taken down before then, featuring stops with it.

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe, and Stripe emails you a receipt. We never see or store your card details. The price is shown on the payment page before you pay.

Your job post

The job must be a real, open vacancy, described accurately, and it must follow Irish employment equality law. We can edit or remove a post that does not meet these rules. If we remove a featured post for breaking them, the payment is not refunded.

Refunds

  • If you change your mind before featuring starts, we refund you in full.
  • If featuring has not started within two working days of your payment, we refund you in full.
  • If a fault on our side stops your job showing as featured for more than a day, we add the lost days back. If you prefer, we refund the unused part instead.
  • Once featuring has started, we do not refund it because the role was filled or closed early. If you ask before the 30 days are up, we can move the days that are left to another of your jobs.

To ask for a refund, email info@meatwork.ie with the job title and the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you paid is the one that applies to that payment. These terms are governed by Irish law.
