Kepak Group, one of Europe's leading meat processors, is recruiting Skilled Abattoir Operators for its Cork facility in Watergrasshill, Co. Cork. The role involves producing cuts and trims of meat to Kepak specification at line speed as part of the abattoir team. The position is offered on a permanent contract with a varied weekly shift pattern. Typical requirements

• Previous experience in an abattoir or boning hall is essential
• Proven and competent knife skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Consistently meet production targets and maintain required line speed
• Comfortable with physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods
